Shipping Methods

 

We offer several shipping methods, including standard shipping, expedited shipping, and international shipping. Please note that expedited shipping and international shipping will incur additional fees.

 

Order Tracking

 

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email that you can use to track your package. Please note that tracking information may not be available immediately after your order has been shipped.

Returns and Exchanges

 

If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return the item(s) within [1] day of receiving the order. To be eligible for a return, the item(s) must be unused, in the same condition in which you received them, and in their original packaging. You must also provide proof of purchase.

 

To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team with your order number and a description of the item(s) you wish to return. We will provide you with a return shipping label, and once we receive the returned item(s), we will issue a refund to your original form of payment, minus the cost of the return shipping label.

Please note that shipping fees are non-refundable, and we are not responsible for any items that are lost or damaged during the return shipping process.
